Rusty Spinner
Rusty Spinner
This is a universal fly that should cover you for any mayfly spinner fall that you come across. When spinners fall they lose coloration which is why the rusty color proves itself as close comparison to the naturals. For variations try yellow or white foam for a wingcase which will be easier to spot on the water. Also, try a yellow dubbing ball near the tail to create a simulated egg sack.
