Tree Planting Schedule
Tree plantings will be every Tuesday in May.
There are three sites to plant willows stakes along the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail in Hardwick...
Site #1 - 100 stakes
Pumpkin Lane off Rte 16. Planting site is the large mass failure on the left side of Pumpkin Lane, just up from the ball field. We can meet here and walk down the rail trail (about 3/4 mile) to the next site.
Site #2 - 25 stakes
Conitnue down the rail trail from Pumpkin Lane about 3/4 mile until you see a washed-out bank on left, with a flagged stake next to it.
Site #3 - 50 stakes
Take turn on Wright Farm Road, a south turn off Rte 15 near Jackson Dam.
Follow along rail trail, drop down at washed out site, back up to trail and site is on your right.
